By accessing and using ANJAL AI Solutions services (intelligent chatbots, AI call agents, automated billing), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms. These terms apply to both corporate clients and end users who interact with our AI solutions.

ANJAL AI Solutions offers: • Intelligent Chatbots: AI-powered virtual assistants for 24/7 customer service • AI Call Agents: automated voice agents for inbound and outbound calls • Automated Billing: intelligent document processing with OCR and AI We reserve the right to: • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with prior notice • Update AI models to improve performance and accuracy • Perform scheduled maintenance with minimal service interruption We guarantee a 99.5% uptime SLA. Compensations for non-compliance are detailed in the service contract.

By using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration • Maintain confidentiality of your access credentials • Use services only for legitimate business purposes • Not attempt to access unauthorized systems or reverse engineer • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction • Not use our services for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities Violation of these obligations may result in immediate service suspension without refund.

ANJAL AI Solutions provides services "as is" with the following limitations: • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months • We do not guarantee specific business results (e.g., exact sales increase) • AI models may occasionally produce errors; we are not responsible for decisions based solely on AI outputs However, we commit to: • Professional and proactive technical support • Quick resolution of critical errors • Continuous improvement of our AI models

It is strictly prohibited to use our services for: • Illegal or fraudulent activities • Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech • Distribution of malware or harmful content • Violation of third-party intellectual property rights • Unauthorized collection of user data • Bypassing security measures or usage limits • Resale or sublicensing without written authorization We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against violations, including cooperation with authorities.

We may modify these terms at any time: • We will notify significant changes 30 days in advance via email • Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance • Minor changes (typographical corrections) can be made without notice Service termination: • You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice • We can terminate service for terms violation with immediate effect • Upon termination, you have 60 days to export your data • No refunds for early cancellation of annual contracts, except for SLA breaches These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
